PAYMENT POLICY

  • Vzone Accepts payment by Cash, Visa or Master Card Debit or

Credit Cards in AED for its Products. All online purchases are also governed by the terms & conditions mentioned here on and all over the website

  • We’ll make sure that all of your details and payments are secured and
  • Vzone offer multiple payment options so our customers can select what suits them the most. Payments can be done through:
  • Credit/Debit cards: instant payment online, mobile website, or in Retail
  • Cash at counter: Cash payments can be accepted at any time at our Retail
  • Cash on Delivery (for UAE Orders only): pay Cash at your convenience upon order delivery to your door step outside dubai.
  • Bank Transfer: By selecting this payment option at checkout, Bank Details will be shown to process the payment by Bank Transfer, for international

Bank Transfer we will consider the net payment received at our Bank account only.

  • The Credit/Debit card details provided by you for benefiting from the services on the Website will be truthful, valid and accurate and you shall use the

Credit/Debit card which is lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a Credit/Debit card transaction, you must use your own Credit/Debit card. The said information will not be utilized and shared by us with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. We will not be liable for any Credit/Debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you.

  • We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). We reserve the right to alter all products pricing without notice.
  • All prices include UAE VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.

We may refuse in our discretion to accept an order:

  1. Where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
  2. If there has been a pricing or product description error; or
  3. If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and
  4. Where goods ordered by you are not available;
  5. If we do not deliver to your area;

Where we do not accept your order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of your order. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.

RETURNS, REFUND & WARRANTY:

We always want to ensure that you have enjoyed for vzone Shopping experience. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case scenario with the objective of making our customers satisfied with their purchase from us.

For Returns:

  • We are accepting returns for your Non Opened products for a full refund on the retail price only. Please note, products returned with any signs of usage

by the customer will not be refunded, exchanged, or credited and will be returned to the customer.

  • Please request a return by contacting us by mail or WhatsApp, and return your items to us at our shop at your own cost.
    • Please note that original shipping costs will not be
    • The replacement items will be shipped back to the customer at his own cost or credited to his account which can be used in any future orders.
    • Returns will be accepted within 7 days after receiving the
    • Consumable and perishable items (e-liquid and replacement coils, pods, disposables) No returns accepted under any circumstances.

For Refunds:

Please contact customer support or WatsApp for a Refund request. Please provide as many details as possible, including Order #, Name, Address, Phone Number, and

REASON for the return with photos. If the return is approved you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us. Any refund or replacement will be issued once the shipment has been returned physically to our shop and processed.

Refund will be calculated as the total order amount excluding Shipping Charges (for two ways) and bank charges

For returned orders due to the customer refusing to receive the order from the shipping courier, No Refund will be applied under any circumstances.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Our 7 days warranty begins the day the items are delivered. The customer handles all costs in shipping items back to vzone, and vzone handles all costs in shipping the item back to the customer after inspecting the faulty items & checking if it is applicable under our warranty policy.

What is not covered by our warranty?

  • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Re-buildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils, or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
    • Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized
    • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or
    • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
    • Damage or failure caused by improper This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
    • Leaky tanks are not covered under
    • Loss or damage due to missing
    • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
    • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed
    • Rattling or sticky
    • Modifying a product in any way automatically voids the
    • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
    • All Kinds of Vzone.

What is covered by our Warranty?

  • LED screen issues
    • Charging port issues
    • Battery issues (turning off when firing, )
    • Unit auto
    • Chip malfunctions

Some products will have minor flaws and that is to be expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).
